You know the feeling of putting off something...you've got a million reasons (cue Lady Gaga). This episode is about taking action in micro ways to help get your macro results. And remember, messy...imperfect...bold...it's better than none at all.

Here's some things you can start doing today to take that bold, messy, imperfect action:

  1. Start small - choose things that you can accomplish quickly to start momentum
  2. Have accountability
  3. Schedule blocks of time - season 1, episode 9 and season 2, episode 6
  4. Stay off social media & decide who's opinion matters most
  5. Mantras & Journaling

  • What is the worst thing that can happen?
  • What's the best thing that could happen?
  • What's the most realistic result of my actions?
  • What am I feeling right now about these actions?
